Back to Back Care aims to provide high quality services to young people in a safe and nurturing environment whilst providing an integrated and cohesive range of opportunities, in line with their individual needs. The expected outcome of this approach will be to enhance their development, health and safety and to provide them with the skills to lead successful and productive lives.

The purpose of Back to Back Care is to provide to Local Authority Commissioners a trusted and child centred range of interventions through which young people can thrive. As part of this process the aim is also to address the issues that have led to a supported housing placement being the preferred.

Back to Back Care provide support to young people from the ages of 16 to 25 and offer 24 hour supported accommodation, training flats and standalone unit with support across inner and outer London and specialises in out of borough placements.
